Softouch Biz LLC is an independent online retailer based in Bowie, Maryland. We sell clothing, footwear, accessories, beauty products, home and kitchen items, and toys for men, women and kids, shipped to customers across the United States from inventory we hold ourselves.
Our Story
Softouch Biz LLC was founded in 2023 with a simple goal: make everyday essentials and recognizable brands easy to buy, at prices that make sense, from a retailer that answers the phone.
We are a small, owner-operated business. We buy stock, we keep it on hand, and we pack and ship it ourselves. When you order from us, the item is already in our possession, not waiting on a supplier somewhere else.
How We Operate
Online only. Softouch Biz operates exclusively as an e-commerce store at softouchbz.com. We do not have a retail showroom and we are not open to walk-in customers. Our Bowie, Maryland address is our business and shipping address.
We stock what we sell. Every item listed on our site is physically in our inventory and ready to ship.
We ship from Maryland. Orders are packed and dispatched by us. Standard delivery is typically 2 to 6 business days after shipment.
We answer. Email and phone support is handled directly by our team during business hours.
How We Source What We Sell
Softouch Biz LLC is an independent retailer. We purchase genuine, brand-new merchandise using our Maryland resale license and sell it under our own name.
We buy through authorized wholesale distributors, including S&S Activewear, one of the largest apparel distributors in North America, and through other legitimate wholesale and retail supply channels. Every item is bought outright, held in our own inventory, and shipped by us.
Being precise about what that does and does not mean:
- We are not a manufacturer. We did not make any of the branded goods we sell.
- We are not an authorized dealer, licensed distributor, or official retail partner of any brand on this site, and we do not claim to speak for any of them.
- We have no affiliation with, sponsorship from, or endorsement by any of those brands.
- All brand names, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners and appear here only to identify the products we offer.
What we do guarantee: every item is genuine, brand new, and exactly as described. We are a licensed Maryland reseller (Sales & Use Tax Registration No. 20102993), and we resell lawfully purchased authentic goods. If anything ever arrives otherwise, we will make it right. See our Refund Policy.
